Set the Global Address List as the Default for Outlook

The Global Address List will pull the most recent entries from O365

Under the Home tab in the Find section click on Address Book

Click on Tools then Options

Select Start with Global Address List

Under “When opening the address book, show this address list first”

Select Global Address List
