Dialpad Select the Device to Accept Calls

Access your profile at https://dialpad.com/settings and login with your O365 account.

Scroll down to Your Devices and click on it to expand the menu.

All the devices associated with your account will be shown.

On the right is a column called Ring this Device. This will control what devices will receive calls.

There are multiple combinations that can be used. It will be up to the individual to determine the one that works the best.

Examples:

If you are working remote

The desk phone and office computer would be unchecked.

The laptop and smartphone would be checked

If you are working in the office

The desk phone and office computer would be checked.

The laptop and smartphone would be unchecked
