Netsurion Password Reset

 


To reset the password, go to https://access.netsurion.com/portal/selfservice/netsur/

Input your username and current password.

If your password has expired; you will be prompted to change it on the initial login.

If the password has not expired you will see a menu, click on Password.

A successful password reset will return you to the menu. You can close the webpage.

 

If you use a password that has been previously used, you will receive this error.

This will be your password for O365 and domain systems. It will take a few minutes for the systems to sync.

 

Open the application FortiClient

On the left side click on Remote Access

Input your username and the password you created.

You will be prompted for a token. A six-digit code will be sent to your personal email or cell phone.

 

Sync the computer:

Once you have successfully connected to FortiClient LOCK the screen.

Log back in with the new password you created.

The laptop is now synced with your account.

 

You should start to get prompts form Office applications to input the new password
