Add a Shared Mailbox from O365 Outlook

Go to https://login.microsoftonline.com login with your Netsurion account.

You will be brought to the dashboard. Click on Outlook.

Inside Outlook you will see your name in the left side. Right click on it and select Add shared folder.

A pop-up window will be displayed.

Type in the name of the mailbox or user. If you do not get the results you are looking for click on Search Directory.

The mailbox will be placed under your inbox folder structure on the left side of the screen.
