If are you using the Amazon Chime Plugin for Windows Outlook:

Select Schedule Amazon Chime Meeting.

Select International dial-in numbers

Uncheck United States Toll-Free

And Save.

This will update all future meetings to include only the standard meeting number.

If you are using the Amazon Chime App for Windows or Mac (if you are using both the plugin and the app, you have to update both):

From the main menu, Select Meetings à Schedule a Meeting

Click on “Select International Dial-ins” and uncheck the United States Toll-Free option and click the X to close the dialog box and save your changes.
