Logging into the company WiFi networks

In the bottom right corner of your screen you will see a network icon   or a WiFi icon   in the task bar.

Click on either one to view the available networks. There are two WiFi networks that can be used, Netsurion Employee and Netsurion Guest.

The Employee network will give you the same access as if you were using an ethernet cable to connect to the network.

When you click on the Netsurion Employee network you will be prompted with the option to connect automatically. This is optional you can uncheck it if you want.

After pressing connect you will be prompted for your network credentials.

Do not put a check in “Use my Windows user account”


Your username is the first letter of your first name and your full last name. 

         Example John Smith username is jsmith

Do not use your email address.

Input your NETSUR domain password.

The Guest network can only access the internet. It cannot access network resources.

When you click on the Netsurion Guest network you will be prompted with the option to connect automatically. You will need to uncheck this box.


The office manager will know the password. If no one is available email inshelp@netsurion.comto get the password.

Troubleshooting basic connection issues.

If you feel that you have entered in the correct credentials in to the WiFi networks, you can try forgetting the network.

Click on the Start icon  in the bottom left corner then click on the Settings icon 

In Windows Settings click on Network & Internet   

Click on Wi-Fi on the left side of the screen. Then click on Manage known networks.


You will see a list of networks you have connected to in the past. Click on each of the Netsurion networks and select Forget. Then try connecting again.
